"I had a 2 night stay at this location. The check in clerk was not very welcoming but seemed a bit like he could have been having a bad day. The room was not cleaned my second day there. I was not in the room all day nor did I have a do not disturb sign out. There was no reason for the cleaning staff not to clean my room. "The room was awful. The walls, the ceiling, around the air condition was moldy. The trim in the bathroom around the tub/shower was improperly installed and looked like crap. The hotel has had obvious water damage and needs repair. The breakfast and the staff are the only reasons the hotel gets more than one star."

There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. "The breakfast option was awful; by 7:15 am, all of the food had been consumed and had not been replenished. The room is crawling with spiders, and your key card only works once, locking you out each time you leave. We had to keep asking for key cards. It was difficult to fall asleep because you could hear cars passing by, people walking down the hallway, and people flushing their toilets or watching TV in their rooms."
