"Staff was inattentive, no communication or sincere effort for customer service. Had people smoking, other than cigarettes, on stairwell next to office. Rooms left much to be desired, starting with the questionable bedspreads and pillows. Property is looking tired and in need of much TLC. I checked out very early and front desk didn’t bat an eye with my concerns. Someone left a large dog in the next room, barked all night."

"We were on the fly so did not get to spend much time there and check out all they had to offer but the stay was great. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean. Will stay again."

"We did not have any meala at the hotel. The walk to the doors from the parking was a bit excessive. The carpets in the elevators could be replaced. The furniture eeqlly all needed replaced. They are just well used. The room however was clean and the shower was GREAT. Overall we were happy with our stay. "
