"Beautiful hotel located in the heart of downtown Kansas City. It was close to all the places we wanted to visit while we were there. Staff was great. My only complaint would be the parking was pretty expensive. I would suggest self parking but other than that the hotel is one of the best in KC."

Best Western Plus Kansas City Sports Complex Hotel
"Unfortunately the A/C and Keurig was broken, theres no sound proofing and heard slamming doors all night, floors were sticky in the lounge and dining area and buffet was cold. We wanted basics but didn't even get that."
