"The staff and amenities were excellent, and my family truly enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Tahoe Ridge. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable. They offer shuttle service throughout the resort and daytime shuttles to Bally’s, which is conveniently located near Heavenly Village. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Vacation Resort at Tahoe."

"Christian at the front desk provided impeccable service from check in to check out. He went above and beyond, even assisting us in starting a fire. Room was clean and great location, walking distance from gondola and lots of restaurants. "

"Perfect location to stay if you are going to Boreal Mountain Resort. Loved how spacious and clean our room was with two queen size beds and a huge bathroom. Staff were great checking us in and answering our questions. My only issue was the $20 parking... should have been included. Didnt eat at the buffet, so can't review it. Would definitely stay again unless I find a same rated hotel with free parking. "

"The strip was close by, restaurants everywhere you look. The Elements restaurant next door 15% discount was delicious. Safeway and CVS nearby. The heated pools were the best feeling at 41 degrees. The rooms were spacious with a balcony facing the lake."
