"It was the lack of cleaning the room. Pool was great- room was comfortable and staff up front was amazing. However, housekeeping know is and asked if I wanted service my first morning and I said yes after 11am. We left and did not refund u til 7:30 pm and no one ever cleaned the rooms very disappointed with that aspect of the stay."
