"Have stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfy, balcony is nice, pool is nice, breakfast was decent. Rooms could use some maintenance, but overall a nice enjoyable stay."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The problems started at check-in. The front desk staff was rude, and we had to wait about 40 minutes because of an issue in their system. We were exhausted after traveling and had a small child who was tired and ready to sleep. From the beginning, the hotel did not want to give us the room type we had booked through Expedia. The listing showed a room with a balcony, and that was the room I reserved....
