"Hotel cancelled our booking and did not even inform us! When we went to check in, staff said it was overbooked and our booking was cancelled! We drove over one hour at night just to be told this??? They couldn’t even inform me earlier so that I won’t have to drive so long? And there were a few other families all left stranded because their booking too was cancelled. Where were we supposed to go??? HORRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!"

"This place is very good for Lego land visitors with family. I had one problem. We were 7 of us but the property is meant for max 3 to 5 persons We were told that they provide extra footon for 2 people but they are nothing more than a cheap foldable bed. There is no place to put the bed on the floor and the foldable bed is not a good quality bed. Else it’s a good property "

"The room screen(mold and dirt) is not clean and smell. The room floor is not clean, the sofa is not clean, the bed spread is not clean, the bathroom floor is not clean. The room is spacious but not clean."

"Well, we tried to get in contact but never got a reply. We had made a booking error and booked for the wrong year (yes, our fault), but any communication just got ignored. We thus never made it there."

"We chatted with the company for many hours before we arrived. In spite of that the apartment was not cleaned when we came. It took 1 hour from contacting the owner until a team came to clean. The toilet was broken even after they were supposed to fix it. At times we could not flush. On the bright side the apartment was nicely decorated and the 2 ladies that finally came to clean was friendly and cleaned well. "
