"If I could give a negative for the stars I would. I stayed at this hotel in September 2025 and the comforter was dirty. We removed the comforter before going to sleep, as we refused to sleep with this. The next morning I showed this to the management, an indeed they agreed it was dirty and they apologized.
I decided to give the hotel another chance, therefore I stayed at the same hotel during the April 2026 school holidays with my two boys, and again the bed sheets had human hairs and dog hair...
