Hyatt Place Philadelphia/ King of Prussia
4/10 Poor
"The pool looked unsafe to swim in. We went down with our two kids after a long day and and immediately realized we would not be using the pool. It was gross. Cloudy, smelly and in desperate need of chemical attention or possibly a total drain and refill. Also, the listing showed a picture of a hot tub…there is no hot tub. Lastly, the place was completely overrun with kids from a weekend soccer tournament and were allowed to run rampant on every floor and cruise the elevators like a they were on a ride at a county fair. The price point is right where you might consider paying more to stay elsewhere. Breakfast was awful. Free hotel breakfasts are usually below average but this was ultra low grade. Towels were being rationed all weekend long. Will not stay here again. Came from out of town to see the Phillies."

"The rooms were clean."

Crowne Plaza: Philadelphia - King of Prussia by IHG

"The breakfast was better than most (except for the coffee- but you never get real coffee at hotels). The hostess at breakfast was so incredibly friendly and warm- I wanted to clone her and spread her kindness and friendliness all around. She was awesome."

Studio 6 Corporate Extended Stay Philadelphia Malvern Swedesford Rd. PA

"On day of check in, I had to wait 3 hours to get checked in because they had no one working at the front desk. Several other people who booked rooms were turned away because they didn’t have those rooms available. No one answers if you call down to the front desk. Toilets don’t flush."

Hyatt House Philadelphia/King of Prussia
2/10 Terrible
"Check in was extremely delayed. The front desk team were doing their best. There was a massive back up with turning the rooms over which backed up the check in process. Once in the room the mattress was TERRIBLE!!! I had to take pillows and make a bed on the floor. It was my worst experience. I stayed there many years ago when the property first became a Hyatt house and it was an amazing experience. It became my preferred property when in town but after this I will not be reserving here again nor recommending it to others. Hopefully there is a change back to the way it was. Mattresses back to the original ones and hiring more cleaning staff."

Soudersburg Motel
10/10 Excellent
"We had an good experience. The smoke detector and tv needed batteries we let them know. Channel selection was odd to find ones that worked. If channel selection is a thing you look for.Maybe a paper with channel name an number would help. They came right away to fix battery issues. Beds were comfortable and clean and few stains but I think most places have that nowadays. Nothing big or nasty. Everything else was clean. Just a heads up there is no microwave here. I've never been to a place that didn't have that or a coffee maker. They do have a mini refrigerator. Very close to shops and restaurants. Can walk across the street and get amazing homemade foods and gifts. Free parking. Feels like a safe area. I did not see any bugs besides 1 waterbug due to pouring rain. Overall would recommend to singles couples and families."

Red Caboose Motel

"We took our 3 and 4 year old grandsons and they were so excited. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Extremely clean and a lot of things to do. My 4 year old grandson said he wants to live there!"

Tru by Hilton Audubon Valley Forge

"This was unlike any hotel stay we've ever booked. No chairs or couches in the rooms to relax in, only an office chair and a bed. That's it! Not a good place for seniors to rest after traveling and/ or a full day with children and grandchildren. TRU hotels are not for us!"
