"You get what you pay for. Wasn't an expensive booking. Room was non smoking but clearly had smoke within an some point. We are very sensitive to this. On a positive note, a credit was willingly granted. Much appreciated. Thankyou"

"Pros: fridge and microwave. Shower, tub, toilet clean. Location convenient for our activity. CONS: a tiny bar of soap & shampoo. So bring your own toiletries. Bedspread, sheet, mattress pads soiled. Pillow smelly and case had grease stains on it. Bed hard. Slept in our clothes. Glad we only stayed one night. Stayed here 4yrs ago and it was great, certainly has changed."

"This place was all about the location and we enjoyed a festive Friday in Phoenixville. Everything was clean though not the most updated. Very tight room but a decent place to lay your head."

"Rooms were a good size, though a bit worn. Things like hand prints on headboards and rust around bath drain and a bathroom sink drain that would not properly seal. Breakfast service was good, on par with a Hampton Inn or Fairfield Inn. One weird thing. You had to go up/down a step to enter or exit a room. A major trip hazard."

"The room we stayed in had separate sleeping rooms, which was great, we had a 16 year old with us. She had privacy that is not available in most hotels that we normally stay in."

"The pool was very cold and had hair a lot of hair at the bottom Around 915 and the second morning of our stay, I was in the bathtub and housekeeping came in which we had a sign that said do not disturb The buffet was poorly stocked, and there was a snack bar with prices that were double what you would find in the convenient store! Four dollars for a 16 ounce can of soda"
