"Parking easy with friendly staff "

"Breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had. The staff paid attention to every detail. Eco friendly touches did not detract from comfort and convenience. Glenorchy was peaceful and quiet and a perfect antidote to ski days in Queenstown. One of my favorite spots was the covered outdoor fireplace savoring a hot chocolate or a whiskey on a freezing night. I live a long way from New Zealand, but hope to return at some point."

"Great stay for the price. Very close to Coronet Peak for skiing and sightseeing. One complaint I have is we bought food outside but it got cold real quick, so we wanted to heat it up. There was no microwave in the room so we asked staff to help in the reception. They declined saying they don't have a microwave either. I think customer service could be improved. We had to go door to door to about four cafes and shops and finally found one. They provided water from a tap outside so I went to fill...
