"The hotel is okay. It’s dated and I don’t mind that but it shouldn’t show on the floors and walls. The blackout curtains don’t work if the window can peak around them. The noise from the other guest/dogs made the night time bad."

"Expedía completely dropped the ball and ruined our 10 year anniversary. I had to have them change the dates which I have confirmation number and everything. When we got to the hotel they said they didn’t have vacancy. I call another agent who just flat out lied that he called the front desk bc I was standing at the front desk and when I tried to get home to talk to the hotel agent he just hung up on me. We had to book a completely different hotel. Lost our business."

"It was clean but traveled awhile to get there. I don’t have a ton of money but wanted to give my son a fun weekend. The staff was pretty rude. He spilt a cup of water while we were checking in and I offered to clean it up but staff was really irritated. Then when I asked if we could check in early the receptionist said “absolutely not”. There were a few other instances where staff was pretty rude too. But overall it was really clean and great location."
