"Overall, I found the room and facilities to be adequate. I would say there is a general lack of maintenance. The outside doors on the back of the building don't close or lock properly and the one luggage cart was falling apart. Only one ice machine was functional. To be totally fair, there was a sign out in front of the hotel advertising that they were looking to hire maintenance staff so I am sure they are trying their best to hold things together. The staff was friendly and helpful....

"This hotel was located in a great location for a quick ride share to the downtown area. The parking lot was large and fenced with good lighting and plenty of security cameras. I felt safe leaving my vehicle there overnight. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff very much. The only two complaints I have were that the breakfast buffet was a not fully setup (the pancake machine was not working or the toaster) and the room had two burned out lights and a non-functional fan in the bathroom....

"The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, helping me to figure out the public transportation system to get to a concert on an extremely busy weekend. The breakfast is minimal, but has enough basics to get you through and there's a Bob Evans less than a minute down the road if you want something more. I also appreciated the reasonable rates when several other hotels had significantly raised their rates for the weekend. Would highly recommend this hotel and...

"We have stayed here probably fifteen times or more and it seems to us that things are getting pretty lax. There was no soap in shower, no kleenixes in holder, and the room smelled musty. When trying to obtain two extra towels, no one appeared at front desk for five minutes and then I left. Then front desk girl on Sunday told us breakfast was at six, but didn't start til seven. Maybe comfort suites is a better option next time."

"Front desk staff was amazing. The hotel was packed with a bunch of rambunctious kids. The last at the front desk made sure to give us a nice and quiet room. Bed was comfy and breakfast was decent"

"Amazing atmosphere, the architecture and design were so awe-inspiring to be around. The staff was incredibly helpful. Overall this is an amazing experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with lots of character. The only thing is that the area feels a bit sketchy at times... but honestly would 100% stay here again."
