"One of the most difficult hotel experiences I have had. Room was musty stinky like an old moldy basement. My husband washed and cleaned the filthy air filter in the air conditioner. That did not help.
The chair was grossly dirty so I asked for a sheet to cover the chair so it could be useable.
The smoke detector started chirping at 3 AM. The phone in our room did not work so we couldn’t contact the main desk.
We woke up the first morning to no water. Apparently there had been a water main or...

"We stay here every year as part of our golfing trip. Love this Hampton. Just have one recommendation. Would be nice if they had liquid soap by the bathroom sink instead of bar soap."
