"Great place situated right on main square , centrally positioned for getting out and about , to explore what krakow offers . Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice hot and cold , with the bonus of a shot of vodka if wanted . Abundance of restaurants on or off the square , for lunch or dinner . All staff very helpful on every level ,from the cleaners right up to the management . "

The hotel was nice enough to pack two huge breakfast bags for us and have them at the front desk by 6. The hotel is located midway between Old Town and the Old Jewish Quarter, making it convenient for travelers who want to spend time in both."

"In a strange part of town just over the bridge to Kazimierez. Hotel was decent, staff was cold at best, somewhat rude at worst. The opposite of my usual experience in Krakow."
