"AVOID. This hotel is located in a rather run-down residential area of Valencia. There are very few facilities, including restaurants within walking distance. Regrettably while I was there the entire area smelt of sewage. I walked for over an hour and it was the same everywhere. Thankfully it was Spring and not hot but it would be unbearable in Summer. "Nos quedamos en este hotel por motivo del maratón de Valencia. Está a 15 minutos caminando de la salida y meta, un centro comercial a 5 minutos y muchas opciones para comer. El transporte público está muy cerca y fue fácil también conseguir lugar de parking. Lo recomiendo mucho. "

"La única ventaja real de este hotel es su ubicación, ya que está muy cerca del Oceanográfico y de un centro comercial, lo cual resulta conveniente para moverse por la zona. Sin embargo, la experiencia en general deja mucho que desear. Desde la entrada se percibe un mal olor en el área, lo cual da una mala primera impresión. "Everything is good. It is located near the city of art and science (15 minutes walking). There's huge carrefour near the museums inside a mall (reachable by bus #35), so it's a plus. 10minutes bus to downtown (old town/ciudad vieja) and also estacion del nord. "This property was great! Easy check in, just like the pictures, comfortable rooms and very clean. Great area, not touristy, but very safe and walkable. We had our 3 kids with us and were out all the time. Very close to Gulliver’s Park and walkable to the Oceanographic aquarium. Our favorite place was Guapos cafe across the street and down a block. Amazing food and people! We went there 3 times in 3 days it was so good. Highly recommend "
