"The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

"This hotel is the perfect location when going to a Reds game. It was a beautiful walk across the bridge. We had king rooms with a city view and they were nice large rooms with an amazing view of Cincinnati. We loved it and with certainly be back."

"We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!"

"The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. There is a bar and restaurant on site and an outdoor deck/patio. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Water bottles and snacks were in our room, which was a nice surprise. It is in a great location and the close parking garage was a perk! We had some small issues with our door lock, the ceiling fan, and soap dispenser being empty. Overall, we had a nice stay."

"From the moment I stepped from my car, my stay was pleasant. The people at the valet were so sweet and helpful. The ladies at the check-in desk were absolutely wonderful. The housecleaning could not have been better. The shout though, goes to the restaurant service. While the food was not my cup of tea, it was fine - but the real shout out was to our bartender who overheard me say that the refrigerator didn't work. Not only did he give us water to go to our room, he told the manager who...

"I felt there really should have been an in room refrigerator. Rooms were small but clean. Nice shower"

"I feel like the hotel is a bit overpriced for the quality of the room, but it is close to the river. The area around the hotel is not great and I worried a bit about the belongings in my car as all the spots in front of hotel were taken and I had to park along the side that was dark (moving across the country was just too much to bring in), but I felt safe as an older woman. I would never book a hotel based on shower reviews, but the shower was amazing!!! :) Free parking was nice!"

"I didn’t like the snack shop it didn’t have much snacks in there it only had a variety of drinks. Disabled people should automatically allowed to bring someone to the room with them and kids should be free. Instead of a restaurant you guys should build an indoor pool.."
