"Toujours une expérience fantastique, mais les chambres les plus anciennes nécessiteraient un petit rafraîchissement. Sans tomber dans les travers pénibles de la nouvelle aile (absence de véritable table de chevet très problématique, lavabo à côté du lit totalement désagréable). L'expérience initiale de la tour était beaucoup plus qualitative, haut de gamme. Back to basics."

"A beautiful location in the hills down by the river. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious with clean and well-equipped bathroom facilities. We did not use the spa facilities, so unable to comment on them. The staff were helpful and courteous. "Het is een mooi authentiek hotel(hoofdgebouw+restaurant) gelegen aan het water, ruime parkeermogelijkheden rondom. Diner goed van kwaliteit evenals het ontbijt, niet te uitgebreid, maar wel kwaliteit! Kamer(3) bedden slecht en matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe, kamer stonk enorm muffig, badkamer+douche idyllisch - verouderd en slecht geventileerd. Prima uitvalbasis voor tochtjes door de omgeving en het stadje Wiltz met meerdere eetmogelijkheden. Kortom, wij hebben het naar ons zin gehad, eerder...

"Nice hotel overall, right at the heart of Bastogne. A real negative for me was the lack of ANY British TV channels.....everything but ! Bordering on disrespectful, I would say, considering the UK's involvement in the freedom of Belgium over two World Wars. Must have been us leaving Europe...previous hotel in Leuven had BBC 1 & 2 !! Also the hotel restaurant is closed on a Monday, and I think Tuesday, but the Bistro next door is open on a Tuesday ( or vice versa) Breakfast is nice though, and...

"Property was gorgeous inside and out. Very close to restaurants and right across the street from the State Park."

"Due to an issue with a different booking, we reserved this room at the very last minute. The staff leapt into action to ready the additional bed for our spacious room. The room was nicely sized and the bathroom was enormous. We had a comfortable night. There were several dining options around the courtyard facing the hotel. A parking lot next to the hotel offered free overnight parking. The only negative was finding the “front” door which faced the courtyard, not the street."

"Staff was super friendly and the room was very spacious but everything was old and run down. The soap dispenser attached to wall came off with the first pump of soap. I rented a refrigerator for 2 days but it stopped working after the first day and it was a wine cooler and not a refrigerator. There was no USB charger in room either. The queen beds had two twin comforters that were very short. Overall it was a very basic hotel. "
