"Do un punteggio basso in quanto la flessibilita è stata pari a zero. Avevo chiesto a Hotels.com di cancellare senza penale visto che sono un cliente assiduo e nessuno dell hotel ha risposto alla loro chiamata. Inoltre avevo scelto di pagare la seconda camera in struttura perche era per un altra persona e al mattino mi avevano gia addebitato anche la 2a camera nella mia carta. La struttura è discreta, colazione buona."
