I figured that the room would not be ready for at least 3-4 hours. But when I returned 45 minutes later he said that my room was ready. That made all the difference to a weary traveler."

They are so courteous and kind. My 80 year parents stayed for 5 nights during Chinese New Year, and they went above and beyond to assist my parents. Very impressed!
