A localização do hotel é muito boa, as camas são boas, café da manhã impecável porém o que deixou a desejar foi os elevadores, muitos velhos e parece que não dão manutenção, tinha que usar as escadas ou então o elevador de serviços!

Já havia hospedado nesse hotel, há alguns anos atrás ainda com outros donos e nome, O hotel tem excelente estrutura mas pontualmente dessa vez, o elevador estava funcionando Precariamente o que causou certo medo e receio, por se tratar de transporte de pessoas, deixando- nos apreensivos durante a estadia, em todos os momentos que precisávamos utilizá-lo. Creio que devem priorizar esse item de segurança, porque são vidas humanas subindo e descendo o tempo todo de permanência no hotel, de resto, oferece uma estadia agradável. A estadia dói no mês de julho de 2026.

Experiência ok. Hotel velho. Apenas 1 elevador funcionando. Acústica do quarto péssima. Ficamos próximos ao elevador e escutamos a noite toda a porta abrindo. Ponto positivo: água do banho com excelente pressão e mantém a temperatura desejada.

A equipe do hotel é super solicita e atenciosa, resolvem os problemas facilmente e rapidamente, entretanto os elevadores estiveram com problemas e o social demorava muito, além de ter umas banheiras em alguns quartos muito velhas que causava um certo nojo, também tive problemas com o registro de água quente que ficava vazando e ademais as televisões não são smart. Tirando esses problemas o hotel é muito bem localizado e confortável, além de ter um ótimo café da manhã, só tomar cuidado que as vezes os bolos estão secos.

Foi uma estadia maravilhosa, apenas recomendações na melhoria da estrutura do quarto, especialmente no ar condicionado e no banheiro, especialmente pq tinha uma banheira que estava com aspecto de desgate (seria preferível que nem tivesse a banheira, e sim um box com vidro). O elevador também ficou parado em vários momentos, tendo que chamar um responsável pra verificar. O café da manhã estava excelente!

O procedimento de check in foi super tranquilo, equipe atenciosa de ágil. Mas já na ida para o quarto enfrentei um elevador quebrado, o que me fez subir 8 andares de escada. No quarto estava tudo ok, mas os móveis e utensílios parecem um pouco antigos e falta manutenção em algumas coisas.
