"This is a classic motel with room doors on the outside and no elevator. The property was well taken care of. It all looked like it had been remodeled not too long ago and was kept clean. I thought the bed was comfortable and the TV worked. There was no parking the first night for some reason, but I was able to park at an adjoining property. Our bathtub was clogged the first night, but a man came and fixed it as soon as I reported the problem. Basically, if you can get it at a cheap price,...

"Bed was very comfortable, bathroom vanity and faucet were new. Tub/shower combo was old and not in the best condition. Staff was outstanding. Breakfast was not that great but overall a good value for the money."

"The room wasn't clean at all and had a horrible smell. I never even stayed here and asked for a refund as I was leaving and they said despite the fact that the room was so dirty. They even had an unclean hallway. The bathtub had brownish stains on it and the drawers in the dresser wouldn't close were wide open. The refrigerator was gross and was wide open when I walked in and had an awful smell to it. 0/10 experience."

"I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7."

"Do not look at pictures! Must have been done many, many years ago! Arrived around midnight after driving for 8 hours. Very tired, but needed a rest. Room was old and had a musty smell. TV was horrible! Fuzzy picture. Bathroom looked pretty clean until toilet didn't flush. Water had been turned off to toilet. If we used toilet we had to get water from sink to put into toilet tank. "This hotel is amazing. This is my 2nd time staying here and I can say this hotel did not disappoint. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Everyone greets with a smile. Lovely place, would stay again. "
