"The carpet in the room was torn and old. The front desk person was friendly, but the cleaning ladies seemed unhappy. However, there was an envelope asking for a tip inside the room, which we felt was unnecessary. We usually leave tips inside the room, but we did so this time. Nevertheless, we felt that the hotel should stop placing envelopes for tips.
They offered Starbucks coffee in the room, which was a nice touch! If they offer Starbucks in the room, they could serve it at breakfast, which...

"Just was not what we were hoping for. Wound up moving hotels. I am not saying it was bad but we would have liked a nicer view and just was not what we expected when we got it. It was clean."
