"Hotels tired, beds uncomfortable and needs a good refurb. Location is good. Pool area nice. Lobby is soulless. Great activities for the kids for Easter however no engagement or animation from the staff. On the staff, they seemed generally disinterested which is unlike an Accor hotel. Probably wouldn’t stay again. "

"Friendly staff and good breakfast, but the hotel is pretty worn down. We were intially given a room which was very dirty with dirty windows, crumbs on the floor, rusty extra bed, dusty fridge door and very dirty coffee table. After complaining to the reception, the gentleman rebooked us to another room which was much better than the first but still had mouldy grouts in the bathroom, dirty coffee table and sticky carpet in addition to scratched bedside table and the main table. We gave up changing rooms as it was only one night. Hotel does not meet expectation of a four star hotel and from what we saw hardly meets a three star hotel standards. Unfortunately very disappointing."
