Novotel Surfers Paradise
Overall, considering the Novotel name, the hotel feels more like a 2-star property. The location is good and the staff are especially nice, but the room condition is very poor—it’s an old and outdated hotel.

Had all the needs required. close to beach close to shopping. suite was comfortable and clean. Bonus for the washer dryer.. perfect place to stay. made my holiday very comfortable

Loved it. Everything was as it was described. Beds comfortable. Carpark was easy to access. Lift was easy to operate with touch controls. Staff answered any questions or queries when needed.

Rhapsody Resort
The resort was great…beautiful view and great apartment. My only “complaint” would concern the check in. We were not given great information on how to check in when we arrived with our rental car so didn’t know the easiest place to park for check in. There was a lot of construction around the property ...
