"Centrally located, clean rooms"

"Our room was not cleaned. When requested later in the day at 1pm, it was still not cleaned. A further request was made at 5.30pm and the bed was made but the rest of the room was not cleaned. No towels, bins full. After requesting a 4th time we were told that housekeeping finishes at 2.30pm."

"The position of the Mantra Twin Towns is great. Easy access to the shops and beach. The staff were very helpful and polite. I will use the Mantra again and recommend to other people. A very good stay."
