"Me and my wife stayed in Hyatt Regency Greenwich Old Greenwich, Connecticut for 3 days, it was the most horoble experiance in my life, whaen I open the door of my room I get the roof of the hotel as a view of my window, the room was verry far fron the eleventer, the room service knocking on my door at 9am, I ask for couple plate "

"This was 2nd time at this hotel. The first time was a better experience The staff was very helpful and nice. This time wasn't so good. The staff didn't help They didn't tell me I needed a parking pass. The place is always clean. But the breakfast not so good"
