"Athough I would stay here again there were several things that were so strange to me as someone who spends many nights on the road. We visited from Florida and arrived after lunch time to check on the status of our room. Although our room was ready, I was told it would be an early check in with a $40 fee. I declined and they told me that if I came back in a little while, it would be a $20 fee. Seriously? My room was ready. I was also told I could not sit by the pool while I waited (even though I guess no one would have known and no one was out there) Instead I drove around Fairfield until check-in time. Second, as an early riser when arriving for the breakfast a little before 7:00, I was told that the lobby was closed and would not open until breakfast. There is plenty of lobby seating separate from the breakfast that should have been accessible.
One person who really stood out, however, was Angelica at the front desk. She first helped me over the phone a few days before my arrival so that my 2 separate reservations could be combined and I would not have to change rooms. She was so friendly and helpful that I remembered her voice when I met her at the front desk during my stay!"
"Nice breakfast time,,,,,lots to choose from,,,,,,bagels, toast,,,,cereal,,,,,pastries,,,,,,cookies,,,,,,and I especially liked the latte machine which made decent latte's.,,,,,,,,,,,computer gave us no problem when we had to check in with airline.....Desk people were always helpful."
"Very high end hotel with a plethora of amenities available in addition to an extremely kind and helpful staff. Check in was smooth and effortless. The breakfast was delicious, and parking was a breeze. Would definitely stay again."
