"The min u walked in to checkin and till u leave, nothing to complain. Check in was super easy and fast. Room was clean and exactly what described. With a non-interested rude voice, the man at reception simply said I cannot see your booking and to go away, even though I was trying to show the booking reservation confirmation and number through the camera of the intercom.
