"One of the nicest stays I've had recently! The hotel looked recently renovated so everything felt brand new, clean, and in pristine condition. The staff were incredibly nice and the breakfast was great and well-stocked."

"Had high expectations for this stay, but was somewhat disappointed. Staff seemed unorganized when we arrived. Everyone was polite though. Our fridge didn't work, but the hotel did fix that. The shuttle busses to Graceland were not very clearly marked and the announcements for them were non-existent. On the plus side, both restaurants on the property were very good."

"I did not stay due to smell and poor condition. I originally planned on staying for four nights and was charged upfront for four nights. Although I stayed no nights I was charged for all four nights. It feels like robbery. I had to find another hotel and it was so nice and worth it to leave this place."
