"Härligt läge mitt i Flachau, bara två minuter från liften och nära till alla restauranger. Vänlig personal som hjälpte oss med liftkort redan i receptionen. "Vera is a great host, nothing is too hard for them and they even answered my Whatsapp messages on Sunday (their rest day). I'm so thankful to have found this place. The property has very strong vinegary smell in the kitchen/living area, so strong that we tried to avoid the kitchen as much as we can. The property is so hot, we turned off all the radiators and still very hot overnight, not sure where the heat is coming from but we were there in Feb, minus 10 degree C overnight and we were hot....

"Amazing family friendly property in the heart of gorgeous Alps. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped, staff was very friendly and the dining was amazing. There are countless hiking / family activity options in a close proximity. We definitely want to come back again perhaps in the winter to enjoy skiing. Wholeheartedly recommended!"

"This hotel was *outstanding*!! The room we got was huge, and the beds were so comfortable, the view was perfect and the price couldn’t be beat. On top of that the staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was top-notch. If I could rate it higher than 5* I would in a heartbeat. "

"Friendly staff clean and modern great spa and sauna - breakfast very good and staff helpful but unobtrusive. Nice outdoor pool and room facilities with oven fridge etc. Only thing which could have been good is the tv - no english channels - however we were out taking advantage of the walks and excellent public transport with the summer card."
