"TJ and Bre were amazing! We did not realize the resort is currently reconstructing their pool area so during the week day it was noisy. Not enough lounge chairs and no where to sit with umbrellas u less you sat at the bar area where tables and umbrellas were provided. Overall this was a great place to stay but def needs more storage for clothing in the rooms. Some staff seemed a little unhappy to ga e guests while others went above and beyond. Would stay again. "

"LOVED our stay! From the time we checked in staff were delightful and helpful. Right on the she of the beach, we could see the ocean from our beautifully decorated serene room. Delicious breakfast served in two courses. Yummy cookies available all day. Highly recommend this quaint B&B!"

It is definitely an Inn (no fridge or microwave in the room), but the charm and other amenities (beach chairs and umbrellas, homemade breakfasts, beautiful lobby and sitting areas, etc) more than made up for it. As one other guest stated during the Inn’s daily free wine and cheese hour: “this is a hidden gem in Cocoa Beach”. "

"Everything was smooth, clean, safe, and exactly what my mom and I needed. We Needed extra blanket, it arrived in 10 mins. Both of us normally sleep horribly due to neck pain and the pillows, the pillows were a game changer! We slept so good!!!!!I asked the cleaning crew where I could find them, they reached out to the owner and I Got the answer quickly. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.🙏 "
