Location is very great…Amenities are useful…Staff is very good…But I saw some bugs in lobby and in room and also not clean room corners…otherwise all is well…

The bathroom had mold all over. There was one tiny bottle of shampoo for 4 people to use which was fine because the bathroom was too dirty to use. There were homeless people partying outside our room until 1am.

Quick stay, arrived late. Front desk is closed at 11, which you are provided instructions on the door. When calling the number the staff were very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was decent. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Breakfast didn’t start until 7:30! Too late for those getters ng an early start. Breakfast should start at 6 am. Very clean and wuiet. Would absolutely stay again!

we got lock out when we came back. They had to reprogram the keys. They did not clean the room on the second day. Breakfast was poorly supplied.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and looked like it was newly renovated. The beds were comfortable. The heating in the room was great and warmed up quickly. The water pressure in the shower was great as were the towels and bath products. Breakfast was provided but located at a sister hotel across the road. We ate our own food so it wasn't a huge inconvenience. Overall a great place and the price was very reasonable.

room dirty and tv did not work, breakfast was not given when I went to the Ramada as the front desk person had directed and no place to leave key so I left in the room . No one up at 6 am and doors locked

For over $400, I expected more than a motel-style room with a dirty bathroom floor, the smell of old cigarettes and a solitary bath towel. The 12+ hour power outage was not their fault, but there was no offer of a flash light, wake up call, phone charger or anything else!

While I never like to leave negative reviews, I felt compelled to do so during our recent stay at the Super 8 Wyndham in Golden, B.C. Although the rooms & front desk area appear to have been recently renovated, the exterior of the building is in need of a refresh, especially the outside doors to each room. Our room was relatively quiet despite being near the highway but the sheets & towels had some stains & the carpeting along the exterior corridor of the second level was filthy & needed a thorough vacuuming/cleaning. The breakfast was adequate but not well stocked & had a very limited selection. The worst about this property however, is the attitude of the staff themselves at the front desk. Not once during our check in & check out processes were we greeted with a smile, simple hello or any welcome or greeting whatsoever. Not even a question of “how was your stay” at the end as well; just a grunt while we dropped off our room keys. All of the female employees appeared miserable, rude, inconvenienced by our meer presence there & unwilling to help or answer basic questions. Very unwelcoming, unfriendly & inhospitable service & all staff are in need of some desperately needed basic customer service training. Would never stay here again.

Room smelt horrible had to leave windows open to air out the room each time we came back. TV didn’t work the two days we were there. Shower barely gets you wet you’d think they could afford to replace the 1980’s shower heads. Ask for a call from the manager and still haven’t gotten the call. WYNDAM shouldn’t attach their name to this place.

Room was fairly clean, a few stains on the mattress covers, shower head wasn't very good, tub was cleanish, probably wouldn't stay here again for the price.

We booked this hotel last minute to get away from the wildfires so it was pricier than I would have liked. The hotel was clean, but needed some maintenance. For example, the oven didn’t work in our suite and the towel rack was falling off the wall. We were out of dish detergent. However, we didn’t actually mention this to them so they might have had a chance to fix it.
