"O hotel é muito bom, os funcionários atenciosos. É muito bem localizado e perto de tudo. Tive alguns problemas: - chegamos após as 15h conforme as regras do hotel para o check in mas ficaram verificando um tempão para ver se tinha quarto disponível. Quando ia entrar no quarto, saiu um homem de lá…. - o lençol estava sujo e não trocaram. Não consegui ligar nem na recepção nem no housekeeping.
