"I gave this hotel 5 Stars. The rooms are a little dated but clean and they smell amazing. The property is beautiful. The pool bar has wonderful frozen drinks. The pool was cold but refreshing. We had dinner outside in the restaurant and the food was really good. Felt very safe at the hotel. They had security walking around and talking with guests made you feel extremely safe. Would recommend this hotel."

"Everything is so spread out. I had hoped access to everything was easier to get to from our room. The kids liked the pool but got bored easily. Wish there was a small slide and hot tub just for parents. Something to sit in while watching kids play. Or even a quick soak at night. Bus to Universal was nice. Did not utilize anything else just due to how spread out everything was. "

"Hotel was clean! I was there for a conference at a different location and it was often loud in the hallways after 10:30pm. But great location close to the parks and other fun things. "

"The activities were pretty much closed on Sunday so we didn’t get to really enjoy it. The staff was called multiple times to my room even when I extended my day and they would not even come. I’ve definitely had a better time at this hotel two years ago, but this wasn’t the experience that I needed for the money that I paid."
