"My wife and I enjoyed a week stay with breakfast and dinner included. The food was superb, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location was excellent being central to the town. We appreciated the short walk to either gondola station and the ski storage room with boot and glove heaters in our locker. The spa was the perfect place to relax after a full day of skiing. The hotel offered a free reception with wine and appetizers in the bar. We plan to make this an annual trip!"

"We spent 7 days early March and had an outstanding experience. The food was terrific both breakfast and dinner. Our room was always clean and comfortable. The ski storage room was very helpful. The location to everything in Ortisei is extremely easy to access. Our group definitely were all pleased with our decision to stay here. The dining staff we could not quite figure out if they disliked us or avoided us but we thanked them for taking such good care of us throughout the week. The final bill included drink charges that we were confused by how that was tallied during the week but I knew to have some flexibility in the final cost for these adjustments since it is a vacation to enjoy and take pleasure. We will certainly consider staying again at this family owned wonderful hotel. "

"Our overall stay with Hotel Platz was amazing! All the staff were very warm and welcoming! The location itself is perfect if you want to go to Alpe di Siusi or Seceda using a cable car and the hotel views are phenomenal. Highly recommended! "

"Staff has excellent dealing but place is much more pricey than other competitive hotels. We stayed in cortina for two days before we stayed here and that place was much roomier and more amenities but half the price. "

"I am writing to share my recent experience at Rainell Dolomites Retreat and advise against staying there. The cost of the room was disproportionately high given its quality and the extremely poor amenities. The actual condition of the property and rooms bears no resemblance to the images displayed on their website. Furthermore, the owners, who also operate the business, demonstrated a complete lack of customer service throughout my stay. The room itself had several issues, including a leaking shower and no body wash provided. The location is also incredibly inconvenient, making it difficult to access. There are many better alternatives available nearby, offering superior accommodations and more convenient access to local restaurants and the town. I strongly recommend choosing a different establishment for your stay. "

"I do not have enough good things to say about this hotel. This was our 15th hotel in 25 days as we travelled around Europe and it was our FAVORITE. We were happy we had saved the best for last. The restaurants were amazing, the concierge so helpful with hiking recommendations, and the location truly cannot be beat. "
