"The breakfast was great, but I was disappointed that the gym was closed. The hotel is very cozy and clean. The view from the room was stunning. It's a 3-4 minute walk to the train station Ost, very convenient."

"The check in for starters is very odd. The first thing they make you sign is a disclaimer not to get the wood floors wet etc. or there is an additional charge. The next odd thing is we used the sauna located in the basement which is under construction. So it doesn’t really feel like the pictures. The next item, you need to use their sandals which you are required to deposit 25 CHF in cash per set. You cannot apply to the room or use a credit card hold etc. Not exactly welcoming or relaxing....

"Katastrophal! Uns wurde ein ungemachtes Zimmer vom vorherigen Gast übergeben. Niemand an der Reception, niemand erreichbar. Wie erhielten nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung und mussten die Heimreise spät Abends wieder antreten. Zudem beharrt das Hotel darauf für die NICHT ERBREICHTE LEISTUNG uns diese Übernachtung zu verrechnen. Selten so etwas erlebt. Als Gast komplett mitten in der Nacht im Stich gelassen worden. Es g"
