"Our stay here was excellent! The staff were great, the room was large, warm and comfortable. They offer a lovely breakfast. If you can get a room with the view of the mountains, do it! The view, especially at night was like a Christmas painting. Little lights peppered throughout the snowy mountains. It is a bit of a walk up a hill, so if you have mobility issues, uber or know that it’s a bit of a climb. Would and do 100% recommend this stay! "

"It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist. "The rooms are nice and cozy and clean however the bath robes could have been more cleaner as I found other people’s hair on them. That said everything else was great. The rooms were nice and cozy although I really think they should’ve put water for guests in a five star resort there really should’ve been bottled water there is nothing.
