"Clean room, good size, great views (we were on the 3rd floor). Breakfast was very good, fresh food. Hotel was in a Great location, just a 2 min walk from Interlaken OST station (bus and trains), grocery, Mc Donald’s, restaurants, pharmacies all close by. Staff was very helpful. Special thanks for Doreen for all her help. "

"I love living in the apt. Only downside no ac but since the weather is cold, ac is not that important"

"What we appreciated most was the helpful front desk. They took the time to help me with air reservation problems and did the check-in at the appropriate time. The room was facing the street and had the view of the spectacular mountains. However, the room cleanliness was not the best, bedding not changed daily (we stayed for eight nights) and the bathtub was too high for elderly people. The breakfast was very disappointing with only minimal items. We ate dinner, but found that the hotel...

"We enjoyed the room. We got the river view. The staff was accommodating in checking us in early when we arrived around noon. Originally, we had booked the Mountain View, but later decided tinge the the river room and they were flexible in letting us change. The hotel is a six minute easy walk from the train station. The rooms are nice and modern. The staff was friendly and gave us cold water bottles when we checked out. Great location. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that. "

"Location location location .. The hotel was situated in d perfect spot in interlaken .. Just few mins walk from Interlaken ost station and few mins walk to all Restos around there..was perfect for us... Room was very good and the staffs were really helpful.. I highly recommend this and would def go back"

"The hotel is situated directly opposite the train station, making travel very easy. The staff were wonderful and very informative. Great facilities including a luggage storage service and a common area with complimentary ice and hot water. Rooms are clean, peaceful, and equipped with a fan. The bedding is high quality and very comfortable. Don't miss the breakfast on the rooftop; the view is stunning and the meal was excellent!"
