The receptionist Tristan was calm a collect as we
had a small issue with one of the rooms and he didn’t hesitate to adjust and comp us accordingly
We go to this beautiful hotel every year for the 4th of July and it has nothing short then a special place for us. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be back next year"
