"The location of the hotel is great and very convenient for exploring the city. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. My room remained around 80°F (27°C) throughout the day and never became comfortable, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. "Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."
