"I booked a lower level desk style room for my son and booked a duplex (or loft-style) room for my daughter and me by the exactly picture in the booking Expedia. Unfortunately, no one room is same . All the normal room. How disappointed they are and me!"

"The staff were so kind and helpful. Spa amenities were fantastic after a few days of site seeing. We stayed in one evening having dinner and drinks in the bowling alley so much fun. The views are breathtaking. We had a fabulous stay!"

"I liked my stay at this serviced apartment. The apt sits in a quiet and nice neighborhood. It is not located at the very center but is near the Leimbach train station where you can take S4 to the central station. It has a small kitchen which is good enough. The room is clean and well furnished. The staff is helpful. It is better to communicate with them beforehand on WhatsApp."

"The location of the property was great. There are restaurants close by as well as a mall. The Tran was across to street to get to the main hub. Staff were polite and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet excellent. I would definitely stay here again. The art deco design was nice as well."

"I’m not going to take a star away bc of this, I dont think it is objective for what I am rating, but know that you’re not allowed to speak “at all” after 10:00pm I’m not sure how this is possible because it’s a freaking hostel. While you should be respectful people are coming and going! Someone checked into our room past 10 and they were trying to figure the room situation out (we were literally whispering) and some homeless man in our room didn’t want us speaking at all. "Clean room. Staff friendly and always communicates fast. Breakfast included but is more continental buffet with pastries, cereals, yogurts, boiled eggs, deli, etc. Overall breakfast was fine and got us through the afternoon. Room is small but well kept. We were on the third floor, the flooring is wood flooring, so when someone above our room walked around or moved chairs/bed, you could definitely hear it. Our room was on the side of where all the restaurants were and at night it could be noisy...
