"Very noisy a lot of construction going on"

"Staff was extremely helpful with everything. Hotel is very clean and well kept. We stayed 4 nights and had a comfortable stay. The only negative I can think of is if you are super tall like my husbsnd he barely fit in the tub. Hotel is in a great central location and close walking to a lot of restaurants, shops,cafes."

"Not sure how people pay over a thousand dollars a night to stay here. We weren’t allowed to check in until 4pm because our room wasn’t ready. No comp no nothing. Sit down over there and we will tell you when it’s ready. Not worth the money. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone and I surely will not be going back."

"Easy to take the train from airport to nearest train station and walk a few blocks. The bed was super comfy, bathroom clean, and breakfast delicious!"

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"The property is clean, spacious, well-appointed, and, most importantly, centrally located. Please note that this is not a typical hotel or serviced apartment. Communication from the staff was excellent, and housekeeping was well done. Due to the central location, there was some noticeable street noise at times, but the convenience and overall quality of the apartment made for a very enjoyable stay."
