"Wasn’t expecting a 500CHF deposit at check in… but I understand. Would’ve been nice to know before showing up. Also, there was construction work going on just outside so there wasn’t much sleeping in. There was cleaning staff each day so that was nice and unexpected for an apartment stay. Well equipped and spacious for our family."

"The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We received a very warm welcome upon check-in. It is worth noting that you need to book a regular taxi, not an Uber or Lyft, to get picked up and dropped off directly at the property. Otherwise, it's a bit of a walk with luggage. Rooms are cozy and have everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again."

"The property is clean, spacious, well-appointed, and, most importantly, centrally located. Please note that this is not a typical hotel or serviced apartment. Communication from the staff was excellent, and housekeeping was well done. "This is a horrible hotel, the rooms are so tiny that if they are 2 persons one has to out of the room so that the other can walk into the bathroom. It is not clean and the bed and pillow are old and not comfortable at all. The shower is joke, it is not a proper shower, the water comes out into the room, it's horrible a nightmare. I recommend not to say here!"
