"Logement à fuire, propriétaire absent et injoignable laissant de pauvres agents n’ayant aucune compétence et accès aux réservations. J’ai du payer le prix plus que doublement car ils n’arrivent pas à vérifier la réservation, beaucoup d’amateurisme, lits inconfortables et très sales, piscine très sale … Emplacement horrible, en plus ils ne respectent pas leurs paroles et ne font pas de transfert de l’aéroport, j’ai du payer la navette en plus.. J’ai passé 6h la nuit et au beau matin j’ai fuis...

"Mauvais accueil, aucune volonté pour le personnel el et surtout LE PATRON qui était présent d’arranger un mal entendu ( accueil glaciale comme si on les emmerde à 6h00 du matin après une nuit de route ), moquette de l’établissement sale, couverture salle, baie vitrée qui ne ferme - très inconfortable en hiver …) Aucuns plats végétariens proposés si ce n’est des frites et des omelettes au fromage à la vache qui rit )"

"I have stayed at a lot of hotels. But this property was the most accommodating out of any country I’ve stayed. The owner was so helpful with giving me transportation on the drop of a dime. I was solo traveling. He was able to pick me up from the airport and even told ME when I had a flight cancellation/delay/etc. now for the property itself, mme vola is the sweetest woman ever. She will help out with your laundry, she cooks you breakfast every morning and asks you what you prefer to eat, she...
