"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool was great with the sunset ocean view. Very nice small bar next to the pool. My overall stay was good. The only thing I notice is the everything is a little dated. Maybe in the future with a little love the hotel will be fabulous."

"I want to start by saying that my wife and I very much enjoyed our 7 day stay. With that said it's web site states that it is the only luxury resort on the beach which in our opinion is stretching the word luxury a bit. To us its luxury is not in the facility, which is a bit rustic, but rather the natural setting that surrounds it. Beautiful macaws, howler monkeys, iguanas, tapir, hawk, other wild life in the area, lush green environment and of course the sound of the beach surf all day long....

"The road up is bumpy but easy in little Suzuki SUV. You can get food delivered to your lodging from town. The site is actually surrounded by rainforest, not some then agricultural land. Wildlife and fauna everywhere and facilities are excellent. It is off grid so a/c went off, not power, at night but the ceiling fan was powerfully and we were very comfortable sleeping.
