Room and property was beautiful, breakfast and bar lovely but the staff throughout excelled and actually made the 5 star service you would expect. "Amazing views. We booked an ocean view room and we were in heaven. The terrace is stunning and has a beautiful view we will remember forever. The location is excellent right on the maim strip close to all restaurants, ferry stops and walking distance to the train. The rooms have electric strom shutters that once you close them the room is pitch black allowing for a great nights rest. The breakfast was great. The service and staff were all excellent. Roberto and Liazana at the front desk helped us immensely, they were super professional and welcoming and helped us plan our days with efficiency. Thank you again to you both ! I highly recommend this hotel you wont be disapointed "
