"Sorry to report we were very disappointed, great view is the only reason this location gets a second star. We stayed one night, had two rooms in February. The rooms never heated up, we tried to get help with no luck. Was very clean either. Nobody there to check in and no one there to check us out. This location isn't certified to collect city taxes either, we checked as we tried to pay. Plenty of other places just as nice"

"Nicely located but hard to find! There are many stairs, so best if you have little luggage and are up to some stone stairs. It is closed on Sunday, so we missed out on breakfast on the last day. The manager was hard to get a hold of as well. A woman who lives in the area so that we were lost and called the hotel and the manager came to get us, as we were lost. It was charming and very helpful, the actions of both women. The bathroom was super cute with pink and white tiling, a peak-a boo...

"We had a great stay at Pippo a Vernazza. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean with all required amenities ie hair dryer, safe, mini fridge. The laundry next door was very convenient. The Pippo restaurant was delicious as was the nearby breakfast and steak restaurants. Walkable to the train station with no stairs on the way and an elevator in the building. Overall a perfect spot to explore Cinque Terre from. "

"Property was as describe, view was perfect, easy to find. Very clean AC wasn’t the best, however, we visited from the US so our AC is very cold. We never saw the owners, they left check-in instructions. They were semi- responsive già whatsapp. Bed is a very firm mattess. "
