We did have to adjust our stay and front desk said there was no way to get a refund on the nights we would not be staying but Expedia was quickly able to refund us with no issues using the virtual chat. "This hotel looks grand from the outside and is in a really good location at the edge of the old town. The staff on reception were lovely and helpful at all times. The rooms were big and spacious. There was loads of choice at breakfast and the food was great - and if its nice - there are a few outside tables to eat. We had a really comfortable stay here"
