Hotel dekat Gondola Lake

"the room were clean. I did experience arriving at 2am to check in due to a flight delay and was waiting for someone to open the door to the hotel for about 5 mins. I kept calling and no answer till she saw me at the door waiting and calling. She did not apologize just said how can I help you, Overall the breakfast was good. The lobby and kitchen area were kept clean . Gym is small but decent for a quick workout."

"Toilet ran all night and hot water was only warm."

"Just as advertised"

"The front desk staff were very helpful. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was delicious with many options."

"The coffee maker in the office was out of order when I was there, but otherwise everything worked fine."

"They keep moving around saying wrong room why bags are heavy this is wrong"

"Stayed on the third floor and every evening there was an overwhelming smell of food cooking. It would fill my room. Not what I want my hotel room to smell like. Tub was stained and door didn't close properly in the bathroom."
