"This hotel was such a lovely stay! The room was spacious and clean and having the kitchen to cook was a huge plus! Silvia was so kind and helpful and explained everything very well and said we could text her at any time for whatever questions we might have. We will definitely be back again! Thank you!!"

"Celebrated my birthday with friends at the hotel with a long spa weekend. Relatively easy to get to- Lugano Station has plenty of taxis or uber availability if you don't want to wait for the bus. All the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Beautiful views and a lovely spa. Treatments were also great. The Bar/Bistro was particularly nice to unwind in to have a drink and get food."

"Definitely one of the best hotels I have ever been.
The whole atmosphere of the house and the surrounding area but also the rooms, breakfast, music during breakfast and the discreet but perfect service (not to intrusive) makes you feel like being in a grand hotel of the last century.
Next time I actually want to wear a better outfit to celebrate it even more 😄👍
